2015
Founded
Innovaces was founded in Bremen, Germany, to help organisations modernise their operations through process optimisation and technology-driven consulting. The early focus was on sustainability, compliance, and operational excellence.
2019
Digital Transformation Practice
Expanded into ERP and supply chain system design, implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, and Anaplan solutions. Innovaces became known for connecting digital transformation with audit-ready process documentation.
2021
Process Mapping & Audit Consulting
Built a dedicated audit and process-mapping practice to help clients align workflows with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards. Delivered integrated audits and continuous improvement programs across FMCG, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.

AIAuditor Development
Partnered with Lagrange Systems to create AIAuditor — an intelligent compliance platform that automates audit planning, evidence management, and risk assessment for multi-standard environments.
